1. Eligibility
Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate registration information and accepting these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel registrations at our discretion.
Parents are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information, emergency contacts, and any relevant medical information necessary for participation.
3. Program Fees
Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during registration.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of participation until payment is received.
4. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated for a specific program:
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions are generally not eligible for refunds.
- Approved refunds, if any, are issued at the discretion of Koca Soccer Academy.
5. Weather and Schedule Changes
Training sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, facility availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever possible, participants will be notified promptly of schedule changes.
6. Player Conduct
Players are expected to:
- Show respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and spectators.
- Follow coach instructions.
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
- Use appropriate language and behavior.
- Care for academy equipment and facilities.
Koca Soccer Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these expectations.
7. Parent Conduct
Parents and guardians are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment during all academy activities.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, abusive language, or interference with coaching may result in removal from academy activities or termination of participation.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in soccer and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
Participation is subject to the separate Player Waiver & Release, which must be accepted before participation.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, training materials, and other content, is the property of Koca Soccer Academy unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to:
