Koca Soccer Academy values the opportunity to celebrate and showcase the growth, achievements, and experiences of our players. During training sessions, camps, clinics, games, tournaments, and other academy activities, photographs and video recordings may be taken by Koca Soccer Academy staff or authorized representatives.
By granting consent, the parent or legal guardian of the participant authorizes Koca Soccer Academy to photograph, record, and use the participant’s image, likeness, voice, and performance for lawful promotional, educational, and informational purposes.
These materials may be used in, but are not limited to:
- The Koca Soccer Academy website
- Social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and similar platforms)
- Promotional videos
- Printed marketing materials
- Brochures and flyers
- Newsletters
- Presentations
- Advertising and promotional campaigns
No compensation will be provided for the use of photographs or videos.
Koca Soccer Academy will make reasonable efforts to use photographs and videos respectfully and appropriately. We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information such as a participant’s home address, phone number, email address, or other confidential information in connection with any photo or video.
Parents or legal guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes should notify Koca Soccer Academy in writing before participation begins. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we cannot guarantee that a participant will not appear incidentally in group photographs or videos taken during public events or team activities.
Consent remains in effect unless revoked in writing. Revocation will apply to future use of photographs and videos and will not require Koca Soccer Academy to remove or recall materials that have already been published, distributed, or printed.
